Fairy Day

If you listen closely, you may hear the whispers....


                  of little fairies coming to the studio this November.


Date to be announced next week. This is going to be a 1-Day Event ONLY.

Sessions will be very quick. Just bring your 3-8 year olds for this Limited Edition.

This should be a wonderful experience for all involved. All little girls love to play dress-up and who doesn't want to grow up and be a Fairy Princess.

Tuesday's Pic'k #7

    Well here is this week's Pic'k. I really need to get more of these up each week, because it's very hard to narrow down to just one. This little angel rocked her 3-year session. Tons to choose from, but this one has to be one of my favorites. She's just beautiful in the face, but when her little wet muddy overalls started to fall off and she had to -one arm - them... This is what we got, just priceless to me.

     I love my job and I thank the Lord above for making it possible for me to do it. This was a topic amongst friends Sunday and I'm grateful I'm a lucky one. If you're not a lucky one and feel in the end, you'll only be making enough to always/only - be comfortable...then I hope you too get to do what makes you happiest.

Aplogy Accepted

So yesterday my daughter was whiney after waking, due to lack of sleep and just not in a good mood per her normal self. We were getting ready to head to her music class during the moments she would let me get myself ready.  After getting her settled and happier, I was in our bathroom when she appeared saying:  "I sorry Mommy, I sorry, I sorry Mommy I crynin'g a LOT". I told her I accept her apology and thank you for being such a good and big little girl for doing so.

Then this morning while eating her breakfast, she again proceeds to tell me the very same thing... even though she hadn't cried either morning.  Funny what they think of and how special it is when "at this age", they're already doing the "grown-up thing".

Tuesday's Pic'k #6

This Tuesday's Pic'k is from yesterday morning's 2 year old session, because I just couldn't wait to get in just long enough to take a peek. And although I'm extremely tickled with some of what we captured this little blonde beauty stopped me when I got a glimpse of this one during just uploading. I liked it so much... and because frankly it's time to add much more to the latest website...this particular one is now there instead of sharing here as before. Pageant #2 - Sumner County Fair continued

Well last Wednesday my daughter was in not one, but two Newspapers in Sumner County.  She placed 3rd as told in a previous post, pictured left in the Polkdot dress in the "The Gallatin News" paper.

Then we went back to the fair a few days later to enjoy the exhibits and pony rides and our picture was taken while looking at the exhibits. This paper is the Gallatin News Examiner and came out the same day last week. What a treat to see your baby in the paper.

Friday's Fav "Cuddle"

I just happen to run across this little gal and decided she should be this Friday's Fav. Her name matches the gem she is... and so sweet to be around. Her grandmother brought her to the studio to surprise her daughter (the mother) with a portrait treasure. A timeless treasure as we like to call them.
